30-day returns
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and suitable for resale.
Hygiene exclusions
For health and hygiene reasons, used smoking accessories, opened e-liquids, coils, and mouth-contact products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty or damaged items
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or other remedy where appropriate.
